Dr. Per Hedén is a world-renowned Key Opinion Leader in breast surgery and aesthetic medicine and the author of many scientific research papers published in the most prestigious Plastic Surgery Journals.
He is an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and was the pioneer in establishing microsurgical procedures in Sweden in the beginning of the 1980s. Per founded Akademikliniken in 1991, which is now Europe’s largest private hospital exclusively for plastic surgery, with clinics in the whole of Scandinavia.

He has invented the 2Q Method: a safe, precise system designed to choose the best implant for every patient. This revolutionary concept has been successfully utilized in more than 30,000
breast-surgery procedures worldwide leading to outstanding results.
Dr. Tommaso Pellegatta, Co-founder

Dr. Tommaso Pellegatta is a Plastic Surgeon working in Private Practice at Akademikliniken in Stockholm.
He has been working for the most important hospitals in Northern Italy and refined his training in London and Nice.

After his specialization, he was selected for two prestigious Fellowships Programs of Akademikliniken (SWE) and Villa Bella (IT), giving him a broad knowledge of and experience in aesthetic plastic surgery, with a special focus on breast surgery and periorbital rejuvenation.

Dr. Pellegatta is the author of several international publications focusing on innovation in Plastic Surgery and he is also a member of the International Plastic Surgery Associations: SPKF, ISAPS, AICPE, and SICPRE.
